If you get new wires make sure they are copper core wires not the type used on cars or trucks. Although Ford 2000 Tractor is an antique model in the series of Ford models, it can be fixed with recent carburetors for more efficient working of the tractors. When the tractor is cold, it takes several seconds (about 20) for the lift to come all the way up. When it's hot, it works better, but still very slow and sluggish.
