I was able to correct this by changing my display resolution from 3840 x 2160 down to 1920 x 1080 and the scale from 250% to 100%. Resolve won't make the Dual Screen menus active unless it thinks there are really 2 screens, and it only does that check when the app is launched. If you have launched Resolve after you have the iMac acting as a second screen, and the Dual Screen menus are grayed out, then apparently Resolve does not think that's an actual second screen.

However when I go to the COLOR page, the Camera Raw settings are grayed out to CAMERA METADATA and don't reflect the actual Project Settings. Even when I modify all of the sliders in PROJECT settings and save them, no changes are applied to the video. It's as if the PROJECT settings are not really being saved or applied to the project.
