I'm so confused - I filed my initial claim last year and got 80% last December. I've filed for an increase back in May, and for the past month, since approx. November 5th, my claim keeps going back and forth between PFN and Evidence Gathering, Review, and Decision. It bounced back from PFN to Evidence Review, then moved back to PFN 6 times now. Ok, the issue I have is that 3M has placed 5 billion in cash and over 1 billion in stock in an account. I would like to know the interest gained for placing this money in a bank go to the plaintiffs or back to 3M. This will be hundreds of millions.
