It’s absolutely valid to worry about what Altria’s release means for the game going forward, but I think it’s a little too early to panic. All-in-all, Altria is ludicrously powerful. In a better kit it could be very good. A 3-turn 30% buff on a 5-turn CD is standard, and this one scales up to 70% at max on turn 3. It is, in a sense, a 50% 3-turn buff on average, which should be strong. AoE NP aside, Hokusai is a pretty excellent servant, pairing an extremely good skillset with solid base stats and a strong class. And on top of all that, her art’s gorgeous. Also, in case you’re wondering, this is sort of an Orion situation—the little octopus is Hokusai himself, while the girl, his daughter, is a tagalong.

Cu has a dodge, so my usual “dodge is better” complaint is moot. Protection from Arrows is one of the best dodge skills in the game. The dodge can potentially last more than a turn if you’re lucky (and it’s impossible to waste the effect), and it gives a small defense boost on top of that, and all on a normal cooldown.

Berserker Castoria is great. She’s an excellent ST Arts unit with broad niche damage, fantastic NP access, lots of survival and utility, and crit access on top of that. He has slightly higher-than-average HP to compensate, but FGO is a game where attack is almost always more important (unless you’re a support unit, like Jeanne), so this is definitely a weakness for Vlad—especially since he’s a Berserker and will be taking double damage.
