2. Re: USVI Travel Portal. 2 years ago. Save. Don't fret, even though I also did exactly that. We did portal requests 7/28, 4 ppl using covid antibody tests from Quest and Labcorp. We did tests in advance in late May and submitted them to the portal with no issue. We had green QR codes back to emails in 32 hours. 56 posts. 6. Re: USVI Travel Portal. 2 years ago. Save. We just spent a week there with North Swells and south/se winds. Most places were fairly churned up so viz was bad all week. The most favorable conditions were Francis to Maho, and Leinster to Anaberg. Pelican rock was also pretty calm, but winds much more southerly next few days, with some good gusts today.
