It took me over 100 runs of well spring to get the three fel tarradiddles, got both glaives while trying. Honestly the exotic glaives aren’t very good. RNG is pretty horrendous though, so spending the resources might be worth it for most. The drop rate is low, i remember people saying they did 20+ Master Wellsprings before it dropped. Unfortunately I can't buy one of my exotic glaives maybe because of a bug but idk. I would just buy them if you can.
